Why this work
Softlancer builds the operating infrastructure B2B companies depend on - the portals their customers log into, the automations their teams stop thinking about, the numbers their board argues over. It is not disposable work. Something you ship here is still load-bearing years later, which is a high bar and the main reason the job is interesting.
Skills are teachable and roles differ. These three do not, and no CV has ever shown us any of them.
